Fair Trade Outsourcing™ (FTO) is a fast-growing BPO company and fair trade outsourcing center that provides impact sourcing work for companies worldwide.
Our main office is in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with a global network of delivery centers in the Philippines, Mexico, and Ghana.
In the Philippines, we already have four centers with more than a hundred employees in each site.
The Customer Relations’ role is to communicate to eye care practices via fax or phone should a discrepancy occur to verify the validity of a prescription.
Responsibilities
- Follow verification policies and procedures to ensure accurate verification is performed in a timely manner.
- Assist in tasks related to prescription operations requested by either the direct team leader or any person in management
- Aid in the efforts of maintaining a lean work environment.
- Work as a team with all functional work areas.
