Fair Trade Outsourcing™ (FTO) is a fast-growing BPO company and fair trade outsourcing center that provides impact sourcing work for companies worldwide.
Our main office is in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with a global network of delivery centers in the Philippines, Mexico, and Ghana.
In the Philippines, we already have four centers with more than a hundred employees in each site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work within the account’s AI platform to verify compliance within the real estate and insurance markets
- Verify COI components ie. Additionally Insured and policy activity
- Flag unsatisfied requirements and escalate to the account’s management
- Support Gmail inbox where applicable
- Communicate with internal account’s team via email
Requirements:
- Must have the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding problem-solving and organizational abilities.
