Site Managers are required to have great communication and leadership skills as they are often the ones to engage with the clients and coordinate with the employees.

Moreover, It is also the Site Manager's responsibility to ensure the safety of employees, prepare site reports, conduct quality control procedures, assess and solve problems, negotiate contracts, and secure permits needed for the project.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage incoming work.
  • Manage all company quality functions, including serving as management representative.
  • Perform regular safety audits, all incident/accident investigations and reports, and facility compliance inspections.
  • Participate in the activities for possible expansions in the site.
  • Continuous communication with IT team to keep inventories of site equipment (computers, headsets, workstations, etc.)
  • Communication with the facility's team for monitoring and compliance with cleaning, and maintenance of the facility and equipment.
  • Communication with the finance team to create and monitor the budget for repairs, purchase of equipment, etc.
  • Communication with the IT and Facilities team to keep track of the seating arrangement.
  • Write and present reports to the director on all important matters.
  • Coordinate with source management for requirements, including telecom, facilities and staffing.

Requirements and Knowledge

  • Bachelor degree in a technical or industrial field is required. 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in leadership roles
  • Knowledge in Real Estate
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, in addition to technical knowledge is required 
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and collaborative skills. 
  • Excellent Leadership and management skills
