Key Responsibilities 

  • Sourcing Specialist responsibilities include searching social networks and portfolio sites to identify potential candidates, sending recruiting emails, and organizing an effective employee referral system. 

  • Supporting and participating in all recruitment Process collecting applications, facilitating the candidate’s assessment (OnlineTest and Interview), offering an employment contract. 

  • Review JD format as Fairtrade Outsourcing Standard, cross-checking of Position Classification Framework 

  • Communicate the outcome of the interview and process recruitment paperwork for Approval. 

  • Send the reference check to ensure the successful candidate qualified for the role 

  • Send job offer in verbal and written to successful and notify unsuccessful candidate 

  • Coordinate the logistic arrangement for new staff to ensure that new staff receives adequate information about the organization and its systems, policies, and procedures, work desk, computer, email address, insurances, etc. 

  • Ensuring that probations for new staff are set and assessed properly and on time. 

  • Keep track of all ongoing sourcing process 

  • Support on maintaining personnel files and documentation of Staff 

  • Support on the database as a backup person 

  • Provide support on annual HR audit, finance team, and admin when required. 


Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree graduate of BS-Psychology/Any Business and Computer related course 

  • Recruitment Staff: 1 year (Preferred) 

  • At least 6 months BPO Experience (Optional) 

  • Knowledge End to end process of Recruitment
