Note: LeadUp Mentorship Program will run from February to March, every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, from 6 pm to 8 pm.
Reminder: Keep your lines open after the enlistment because you will have an interview with us from Feb. 14-18, 2022. Failure to undergo the interview will forfeit your enlistment.

Important:
This program is available for Regular Employees or probationary employees who are to be regularized within a month. In case of the latter, a formal letter of endorsement from the employee’s immediate supervisor, stating that the employee has a good standing to be regularized will be needed. The said letter should be emailed to capacitybuilding@fairtradeoutsourcing.com before the employee will be considered as an official enrollee.
